Caesar's Steak Luisa

400g “AAA” Alberta Beef Filet Mignon, sliced into 6 medallions of equal thickness 1 cup fresh white mushrooms, sliced 1 cup beef gravy 1.5 ounce Brandy Seasoning Spices Worcestershire Sauce 3 tbsp butter Finely chopped parsley (for garnish)
Season meat Over medium high heat, melt butter in sauté pan Sear meat on one side (about 1 – 2 minutes) Add a dash or Worcestershire Sauce to each piece of beef Turn over and add mushrooms. Sauté until mushrooms are tender (about another 2 minutes) Deglaze pan with brandy, flambé is optional Add gravy and heat through (1 – 2 minutes) Line 3 pieces of Filet on each plate, spoon gravy and mushrooms over each and sprinkle with parsley. (Cooking time is for Beef prepared Medium)
