Overview
Its name reveals the fact that this wine is made from grapes from the oldest vines in the Capalot and Brunate Vineyards. The selection of grapes is so strict that each plant produces only one bottle of wine. A cult wine that is explosive and concentrated, yet poised, with ultra-fine tannins framing a luscious texture. A must-have for collectors and Barolo connoisseurs.

Barolo Vecchie Vigne dei Capalot e delle Brunate Riserva 2004 - Blackberry aromas, with hints of violet and cigar box, follow through to a full body, with well-integrated tannins and a long, caressing finish. There's a polished texture to this. Balanced and pretty. Best after 2011
