The latin phrase "Sator Arepo Tenet Opera Rotas" on the label means "the farmer at the plow chooses the path", adopted by the Bolgna family when they became owners of the vineyard. Moscato d'Asti is fresh and wonderful with notes of orange blossom on the nose and the exact flavour of the grape varietal.
