Overview
Nebbiolo grappa, distilled in steam copper boilers using a discontinuous system, with a meticulous selection of Nebbiolo grape pomaces from the most popular production areas. Eight years of aging in barrels of various woods gives an amber colour and a complex, enveloping bouquet, with great personality, a perfect harmony of sensations, the most striking of which being the aromas of ripe fruits, black currants, apricots, mascara, coconut and vanilla. The rich, elegant taste confirms the sensations perceived in the bouquet.
