Overview

For years Leonildo Pieropan’s Soave has been the benchmark for the Veneto. His wines are fresh and full of depth of flavour. The wines are grown on the hillside vineyards of the Soave Classico sub-appellation in the heart of the Soave DOC. Yields are low, and the quality of the grapes arriving in the winery are outstanding. The vineyards are planted primarily with Garganega and Trebbiano di Soave. The Garganega gives structure and acidity to the wines, the Trebbiano di Soave perfume and richness of flavour.

Vinification
After a scrupulous selection in the vineyard, the grapes are soft pressed and the must fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks.
