Overview
Barbera grappa, distilled in steam copper boilers using a discontinuous system, with a meticulous selection of Barbera grape pomaces from the very best production areas. Eight years of aging in barrels of various woods gives an amber colour and a complex bouquet, pleasantly delicate and enveloping, with great personality. Among the numerous sensations evoked, the most striking are the aromas of marasca cherry, small berries, chocolate and vanilla. The flavour is rich and persistent, with great harmony and elegance.
