Overview
The Nonino Distillery was founded in 1897, and just over a century young its products have reached the status of “superstars” amongst the worldwide grappa enthusiasts. This result was not achieved by embellishing the package with some exotically designed bottle, nor by wizard-marketing the brand. The Nonino name is synonymous to top-quality, stability, a strong synergy balanced between tradition and innovation, and affordability. In other words, Nonino gained popular favour by being “simply the best”. This traditional grappa is made with a blend of pomace obtained from wineries located close to their distillery. Pomace management is the most important factor in making good grappa. Nonino pays a handsome premium for pomace that is quickly brought to their facility before it can be affected by heat or too much exposure to sunlight or oxygen.
