Overview
Antica Cuvee is a precise blend of Grappas made from carefully selected, fine pomace. distilled using artisanal stills and aged in small Limousin oak barrels and former Sherry barrels. Antica Cuvee is made all the more enticing by the freshness of perfumes and fragrant flavours that it is afforded by a small but crucial additional presence of young grappa which has spent a year in Limousin oak barriques. This is soft, fragrant fine grappa made from a blend of 3 grappas from the 3 varietals: Ribolla Gialla, Moscato, and Verduzzo
