Overview
The idea of a Rose had been in the offing for a long time for Primo Franco, the proprietor and winemaker at the Nino Franco winery. Primo started speaking about the matter with a red grape grower, friend and wine-producer, Brandino Brandolini, the idea started taking shape. Then a decision came to make a sparkling wine from red grapes as a well-structured Rose, coming from cold contact of must with skins to add colour. Faive should be enjoyed from the first spring days, over the summer until late autumn.
