This wine is produced in best vintages with highly selected fruit from their best vineyards. As a riserva it follows a longer ageing procedure. This is a wine that will age for a long time in the cellar.

- Fermentation at controlled temperatures in thermoconditioned vats. Maceration lasts 10-18 days with racking after all sugar converts into alcohol.

- Deep ruby red with orange reflections on the rim typical of Nebbiolo.
