Overview
Maculan’s Dindarello is obtained from fruit coming from a 6 acre vineyard on the estate. The grapes are harvested when completely ripe and the fragrant Moscato is gently pressed and fermentation occurs spontaneously from natural airborne yeasts. The wine has forward aromas of Moscato- honey and flowers. The palate has a fresh light sweetness and is full in body with a lingering finish of Moscato flavour.
