Overview
Extremely sensitive grape variety, in fact it is probably the most sensitive to all aspects of nature up to harvest time. This ranges from challenges that may arise from its thin skin to the varietal not liking too much or too little hydration. This wine differs from others with it’s sophisticated elegant characteristics. The first harvests from these vineyards encouraged us to continue along this course, as the results in terms of quality and longevity of the wines were much more successful than we had expected.
