Overview
Elio Grasso as a winegrower is neither the fiery modernizer, nor the strict traditionalist. He has chosen his own way since the beginning in 1979, when he decided to take such a radical step like moving to Monforte from Turin. When tradition “feels right”, he will embrace it, but when new ways, technologies or methods prove to be helpful, he will embrace these too.
