Unique selections of Amarone, Ripasso and Valpolicella from this highly regarded Veronese producer are available. Owner Marinella Camerani strikes a balance between tradition and the emerging new style, dedicating wines in both camps. Few producers rival her passion for wine making and they have now become one of the top producers in this region famous for red wines. Ca' Fiui a hillside place known since antiquity where, amidst vines and olive trees, Corte Sant'Alda has set up its cellar. The soft and sunny slopes produce well-ripened grapes ensuring body and equilibrium in this young Valpolicella with a very interesting character. This is a medium bodied wine to enjoy young.

Grape Variety
40% Corvina, 30% Rondinella and 30% Molinara trained on traditional pergola.
Vinification
Traditional submerged cap vinification and malolactic fermentation before being bottled.
Aging
Maceration lasted roughly 15 days, and partly in our traditional s.s. tanks.
