Overview
Moscato grappa, distilled in steam copper boilers using a discontinuous system, with a meticulous selection of Moscato grape pomaces from the very best production areas. Eight years of aging in barrels of various woods gives an amber colour and a complex bouquet, delicate and enveloping, with great personality. Among the numerous sensations evoked, the most striking are the aromas of clary sage (salvia sclarea), grapefruit and vanilla. The flavour is rich and enveloping, with a silky texture that lingers in your mouth.
