Overview
This Chardonnay is a fresh and well fruited version with half of the wine vinified in stainless steel and half in 3 year old French oak with partial malolactic fermentation.

- 100% Chardonnay
- Vinification
- Hand picked, pumped to the press with no sulphur added. Chilled juice was naturally settled. Fermentation at 12-14 degrees.
- Aging
- 50% fermented in Inox and 50% in oak. One third malolactic fermentation. 6 mos. on lees.

- Ripe nose, flavours of melons and nectarines, toasty bisquity character.
