The event will host fourteen of Italy's greatest winemakers, wine critic and author Matt Kramer, fifty outstanding wines, great food and great friends. Hosted by wine critic Matt Kramer and designed for Calgary's successful business women, this luncheon will host some of the most prominent women in the wine business conversing with their female counterparts in Calgary. This event allows open dialogue on a variety of international issues important to women; motherhood, career and daily challenges, all while enjoying some of the wines produced by the "Italian women of wines". This world-class lunch adds to the magic of a Friday afternoon off with the girls.

14 winemakers, from all over Italy, will showcase their finest wines to a selected crowd of wine enthusiasts, in a stand up, engaging format.
Matt Kramer of Wine Spectator will be coming to this year's events.
Special tastings, dinners and
socials are all part of the Great Italian Wine Encounter.
Toast to a great cause.
The evening will also be raising money through an auction event allowing patrons to bid on spectacular wine producer holidays, vintage and rare wines and other memorable items.
Proceeds of the event will be donated to the Apherisis Centre through the Calgary Health Trust.
